In simple terms we come to your property and highlight to you the changes that need to be made in order to get the best
price/ fastest sale.
This may include advise on the best arrangment of furniture or paint colours should a room require decorating.

What does this cost?
A two hour verbal review costs £100. In this we will walk through the property with you and tell you verbally the changes
that in our oppinion will make the most of you property.
For most properties upto 4 bedrooms this is all you will need. However for larger or very complicated properties further
hours will be charged at £20 per half hour.
